I have never been reimbursed by any European Institution, which documents will I need to submit?
To create your account in our system, in order to receive reimbursement, 2 documents are necessary:
- The legal entity form http://ec.europa.eu/budget/contracts_grants/info_contracts/legal_entities/legal-entities_en.cfm
- The Financial identification form http://ec.europa.eu/budget/contracts_grants/info_contracts/financial_id/financial-id_en.cfm
It is preferable to submit these documents and the requested annexes prior to the interview in order to speed up the reimbursement process.
On the day of the interview you will need to hand over:
- The signed reimbursement form;
- The original incoming boarding pass;
- A copy of the hotel invoice;
- A document stating the cost of the ticket and dates of departure and return.
