What is EMSA’s role for CISE?

EMSA has been entrusted by the European Commission (DG MARE) with the implementation of the transitional phase of CISE, in close coordination with the member states. EMSA exercises the chairmanship and provides the secretariat of the CISE Stakeholder Group (CSG), who coordinates the activities of the transitional phase. EMSA also acts as project manager for a number of activities, further defined in the document "CISE Transitional Phase: Activities". www.emsa.europa.eu/cise/transitional-phase.html
