Maritime safety: minimum level of training of seafarers
On 23rd October the European Parliament (EP) adopted the report (619 for, 16 against, 16 abstentions), drafted by Brian Simpson, on behalf of Committee on Transport and Tourism (TRAN), at the Plenary in Strasbourg.
