Greater efforts needed to protect Europe's seas, say MEPs
On 21 October, the European Parliament adopted a resolution on the Integrated Maritime Policy. A number of points in the resolution have direct bearing on EMSA, notably in the area of pollution response linked to oil platforms, and integrating maritime surveillance systems.
