Lot 1	Satellite Services for Beyond-Radio-Line-of-Sight (BRLOS) Communications at Sea	This lot is intended to provide BRLOS communications for both medium-size long-range RPAS up to 150kg and MALE type RPAS. These services are intended to provide wideband satellite capacity for high data rate applications: transmission of simultaneous sensor streams, delivery of high-resolution image/video, Command and Control link, etc.
Lot 2	Satellite Connectivity Services for Land-to-land Communications	This lot is intended to cover the two following connection needs:1) Wideband satellite internet to connect the main Local Ground Control Station to the RPAS-Data Centre in order to stream the mission data in quasi-real time allowing both EMSA and the end-users to follow the RPAS missions remotely;2) Specifically, for RPAS deployments intended to cover a long coastal range by means of a network of relay stations, a satellite link to interconnect the main Hub or Local Ground Control Station with the secondary Ground Control Stations or Ground Data Terminals
Lot 3	Satellite Connectivity Services for Ship-based RPAS Operations	This lot is intended to provide wideband satellite internet to connect the Local Ground Control Station embarked on a vessel to the RPAS-Data Centre in order to stream the mission data in quasi-real time.
