Non-accessible Content
Despite our efforts to ensure full accessibility, we are aware of the following limitations:
- Video player – keyboard accessibility: Our website includes embedded videos, while playback controls (play, pause, volume, full screen) work, users cannot navigate the captions. When selecting captions, arrow keys do not work; users must use the TAB key.
- Video captions: Some videos currently lack captions.
- Audio descriptions: Videos do not include audio descriptions.
- Heading structure: Some pages may contain headings that do not follow a logical hierarchy, which may affect screen reader navigation.
- External links: Some links open in a new tab or window without prior notice.
- Insufficient Contrast issues: A reduced number of areas of our website (e.g. parts of our cookie consent, or certain sections and banners) are slightly under the minimum colour contrast ratio threshold recommended in WCAG 22 AA. This is because those colours are part of our current corporate colour palette/identity. Users with low vision and colour blindness can use our accessibility plugin to get higher contrast colour.
