EMSA has launched a Preliminary Market Consultation, designed to provide the Agency with additional knowledge on brokerage and data acquisition services for maritime-related data, licence access arrangements and the existing market structure.

EMSA is seeking to better understand the market structure for all types of data and licences related to all aspects of the maritime domain, including technical, operational, commercial, regulatory, security and environmental, among others.

This questionnaire will be available until Friday 26 September 2025 and is open to all brokers and providers.
