European Cooperation on Coast Guard Functions - Annual Strategic Plans

It is the strategic document approved by the Steering Committee which serves as the basis for the development of the Annual Implementation Plan, defining in detail the activities that each agency will implement under the coast guard cooperation framework during the respective year.
