shutterstock 1503507395The aim of this EMSA guidance is to assist the Member States in their efforts to fulfil the requirements of Directive (EU) 2017/2110 and Directive 2009/16/EC, in relation to the inspection of ro-ro passenger ships and high-speed passenger craft3 in regular service. It is a reference document that provides both technical information and procedural guidance thus contributing to harmonised implementation and enforcement of the provisions of the Directive.
