These processes are revised and updated, as necessary, whenever changes occur in the system. When defining the processes, each process owner shall determine and secure the resources needed for the establishment, implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the process, including the necessary knowledge and competences.

The effective implementation of each process is monitored through quality records and KPIs as defined within each process statement.

In addition, regular internal audits and management reviews will ensure that identified findings are properly addressed and necessary actions are taken for the continual improvement of the system.
