The European Maritime Safety Agency (EMSA) is the Co-ordinator for EMPOLLEX. If you wish to apply for an exchange please fill in the Application Form. The completed form should be sent to your National Correspondent who evaluates applications and makes a selection of the candidates at a national level.

The procedure for an exchange is detailed in the EMPOLLEX Programme Guidelines and the relevant annexes:
