Traineeships

Procurement
The European Maritime Safety Agency (EMSA) is subject to the provisions of its Financial Regulation of 25 July 2019. In accordance with Article 89 of EMSA’s Financial Regulation, the relevant provisions (including Title VII on Procurement and Concessions) of the Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 2018/1046 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the financial rules applicable to the general budget of the Union shall apply to EMSA.
