Who does EMSA cooperate with in the field of pollution response?

EMSA cooperates closely with other stakeholders active in the field of marine pollution preparedness and response. These include the EU Member States, the relevant Regional Agreements in Europe (HELCOM, Bonn Agreement, Black Sea Commission, Barcelona Convention and Lisbon Agreement), the International Maritime Organisation(IMO), relevant industry associations and other organisations.
