What type of expertise does EMSA offer in case of an hazardous and noxious substances (HNS) spill?

In case of an hazardous and noxious substance (HNS) spill, expertise can be provided through the Marine Intervention in Chemical Emergencies (MAR-ICE) network. The network does not provide experts on site; however, should it be necessary, ad-hoc mobilisation of experts may be possible.
